The Opportunity
As a Spare Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers and workshop moving. You'll work across both agricultural machinery and passenger vehicles, ensuring parts are accurately identified, sourced, and supplied
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and identify spare parts for agricultural machinery and passenger vehicles
* Deliver prompt, professional service via phone, email, and in person
* Source and order parts using catalogues and inventory systems
* Maintain stock control and accurate inventory records
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability
* Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented workplace
About You
You're someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems. You bring:
* Experience with agricultural equipment or parts (or a strong willingness to learn)
* Adaptability and the ability to support multiple departments
* Solid computer skills and the ability to learn parts systems
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
* Australian citizenship (essential for this role)
