Customer Service Ambassador
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and eager to contribute to our vibrant community.
* Proactive Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential customer issues and resolve them swiftly and efficiently.
* Create and foster a warm, welcoming environment for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
* Attend daily requirements regarding space opening/closing, member needs, sales leads, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution.
* Work with the team to facilitate internal/external event promotions and foster a community environment.
* Complete new member induction, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices that align with organizational procedures.
* Provide support to other Team Members and Management to ensure smooth day-to-day running of operations.
* Maintain the 'Daily Checklist' for your location during the day according to the Space & Organizational guidelines.
* Assist with projects and support Business Centre lead with projects when required.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Welcome all enquiries showing the highest level of hospitality and following current Procedures.
* Assist with following up enquiries as directed from time to time.
* Host and organize networking and community events.
* Report and complete all maintenance requests internally and with building management.
* Work with other Team Members to maintain the centre in excellent condition.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service role.
* University Graduate preferred.
* Candidate must have strong self-awareness, moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and positive living.
* Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
