We're seeking caring and committed Care Support Officer to join our team at Mudgee GroveCare Community.

What You\'ll Do:
* Provide essential daily living support to our residents, helping them with non-clinical tasks like making beds, delivering meals, and tidying rooms.
* Have meaningful conversations and build genuine relationships with residents, bringing joy to their day.
* Work alongside our experienced nursing and care team to learn the ropes in a supportive environment.
* Complete your paid study time and practical assessments on the job towards your Certificate III.
* Be a friendly, compassionate presence in our care community.
What You\'ll Need:
* A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
* A willingness to learn, listen, and follow direction.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* The right to work in Australia.
