The Job
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support for client solutions built on the M365 Platform.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve client queries efficiently
* Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
* Maintain detailed records of tickets and escalate when necessary
* Monitor client solution health and perform preventative maintenance
* Create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles
* Participate in internal and client-facing meetings
* Support major incidents and proactive client notifications
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client-facing technical support role
* Solid technical experience in Microsoft products & SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Power Platform
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Calm, logical approach under pressure
