About the role
Complete Cabinetry Mackay is seeking a Cabinetmaker to join our team in Kuttabul, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture for residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
* Interpreting design plans and technical drawings to fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry, furniture and other woodwork
* Operating a variety of power tools and woodworking machinery with precision and safety
* Delivering materials and products via company work car
* Installing cabinetry at residential and commercial places
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Delivering exceptional customer service and meeting deadlines
* Working and communicating with professional and respectful conduct at all times
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in Cabinetmaking or a related trade
* White Card (current)
* Experience as a qualified Cabinetmaker
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a qualified Cabinetmaker
* Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings
* Excellent woodworking skills and experience using a wide range of power tools and machinery
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
* A valid driver's licence
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
