Your Role: Home Care Support Worker
As a trusted carer, you'll support our Elders in
Port Macquarie
with:
Personal care
– Showering, feeding, toileting, and medication support.
Social support
– Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings.
Domestic assistance
– Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and more.
Who We're Looking For
compassionate, respectful, and reliable
carer
Holds a
valid Australian driver's licence
and has a reliable car
Have
3+ months
industry experience in a paid
Aged Care
setting
Brings a strong sense of
empathy and cultural awareness
