About the Opportunity

These ASO2–ASO3 level roles sit at the heart of government operations, supporting teams, assisting the public, and helping deliver essential services across various departments.
What You Could Be Doing
Opportunities are centred around office-based support and customer interaction, including roles such as:
* Customer Service Officers (contact centre and service counter environments)
* Administrative and Business Support Officers
* Executive Assistants supporting senior stakeholders
From time to time, additional positions may become available in areas like payroll and finance support.
Typical Duties
Depending on the assignment, your day-to-day work may involve:
* Handling enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders
* Performing a range of administrative tasks to support team operations
* Preparing documents, updating records, and managing information systems
* Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and general office organisation
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance when processing information
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from individuals who:
* Have a background in administration, customer service, or office support
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Are organised, reliable, and able to juggle competing priorities
* Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to their work
* Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and general systems
Experience within government or large organisations will be well regarded, but isn't essential.
