In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store's stockroom and selling floor. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, processing, organizing, labelling, and storing merchandise.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the management team with handling deliveries, maintaining order, and tidiness of the stockroom area
* Assist sales staff with product queries and customer requests
* Ensure high standards are maintained in line with expectations
* Accurately price and tag products
* Replenish stock levels as needed while ensuring all size ranges are available
Key Requirements
* Candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles within retail or hospitality industries
* Prior experience working in a stockroom or warehouse environment is advantageous but not necessary
* Maintain a positive attitude and approach
