Our client is seeking a full-time Carpenter / Skilled Labourer to join their team, based in Balcatta. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You’ll be working across aged care facilities, so a professional, respectful approach is essential, particularly when working in occupied environments. The role will suit someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. What you’ll be doing: General handyman and maintenance work Roof tiling, minor roof repairs and leak rectification Fencing repairs and installations Remedial construction and basic carpentry works Room make-good works including carpet removal, patching, minor demolition and reinstatement Assisting with site clean-ups and material handling Representing the business professionally when interacting with site managers and staff What you’ll need: Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer, Carpenter, Handyman, Maintenance Worker or Trade Assistant Carpentry experience highly regarded Physically fit and capable of manual labour Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Good communication skills and professional presentation Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset What’s in it for you: Full-time, Monday to Friday role Overtime and after-hours call-outs available Company vehicle provided Perth metro-based work Long-term, stable opportunity How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
