About us: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant / Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. This involves developing project scopes and objectives, managing these transparently internally, and involving all relevant stakeholders in appropriate ways. In addition, producing professional documents with exceptional writing skills, including reports, plans and notes is essential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn and understand other related project management softwares. They will also be comfortable using a variety of business systems and project management tools, including Xero, Smartsheet and HappyHR (HRMS).

Requirements:
