This role provides vital administrative and logistical support for events and community engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include event coordination, communications, and general administrative tasks.
Event Coordination
* Assist with the planning, organisation, and delivery of key events to ensure they are on time, to a high standard, and meet stakeholder expectations.
* Coordinate event-related bookings, including venues, equipment, catering, and other required resources.
Communications and Documentation
* Coordinate internal communication related to event planning and requirements.
* Maintain clear records of bookings, schedules, and correspondence.
General Administrative Support
* Welcome and assist guests and visitors at School events.
* Provide occasional support for reception duties, phones, or student services.
