Are you passionate about creating safer, healthier workplaces? Join our team as a **WHS & Wellbeing Coordinator** and play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of safety and support
In this newly created role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to ensure our Workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (WHS) programs run like clockwork. From managing injury records and workers' compensation claims to coordinating health assessments and ensuring compliance, you'll be the go-to person keeping everything on track.
**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee injury and workers' compensation admin with precision (including DoneSafe and Solv systems, and payroll updates).
- Act as the friendly first point of contact for the WHS team, managing queries and escalating to our WHS Advisors where needed.
- Keep our WHS systems humming—validate records, coordinate health surveillance, and manage pre-employment medical checks.
- Support communication efforts and keep our documentation up to date and relevant.
**What You Bring**:
- A flair for organisation and juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Effective communication skills—written and verbal.
- A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in WHS or studying toward a WHS qualification? That's a big plus
- Knowledge of WHS processes, legislation, and tools like Microsoft Office or WHS software (DoneSafe, Solv, ChemWatch).
