What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse in the Haematology/BMT C5a Ward, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients with complex and often life-threatening conditions. You will contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care while developing your clinical skills in a highly specialised setting. Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision
* Monitor, recognise and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
* Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care

Essential Criteria:
* Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

* Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
