ABOUT THE POSITION Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering evidence-based nursing care; Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team; Ensuring patient and staff safety; Acting as a role model for Safe Practice. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Current nursing registration with AHPRA; Minimum two (2) years in a postgraduate experience; Previous experience working across operating theatres; Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients; Exceptional customer service and time management abilities; Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others; Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required; Ability to work a flexible rotating roster.
