Weknowtheworkwedoisvitalinassistingourworld’seconomicdevelopmentand,it’sthetechnicalexpertiseandthedepthofknowledgeofourpeoplethatreallysetsusapart.Herearethekeythingsyouwilldoto‘bringideastolife’.
- Preparedetaileddesignsanddocumentationfortheimplementationofbuildingprojects,leadanddelegatetaskswithinaworkgroup.
- Preparationofcalculationsrequiredforthedesignofengineeringprojects.
- Preparationofspecifications,proposals,andothertenderdocumentation.
- Useinitiativetoresolvetasksorproblemsthatariseatacompetentlevel.
- Actasatechnicalexperttomentoranddevelopotherstructuralengineerswithintheteam,andprovidestructuraldesignexpertiseinoverseeingalltechnicalaspectsofprojects.
- Liaisonwithclients,sub-consultants,contractors,andcommunicateclearlywithcolleaguesandmanagers.
Weknowtoday’scomplexchallengescanonlybesolvedthroughbringingtogetherdiverseteamsofpeoplefromacrossourbusiness,sotherewillbeopportunitiesforyoutoapplyyourskillsandcreativitytoprojectsinothergeographiesandmarkets.
What can you bring to the team?
Firstly,youwillshareourgenuinepassionforre-imaginingengineeringandbesomeonethatactivelypursuescontinuouslearningtohelpshapethefuture.Youwillalsoneedthefollowing:
- RecognisedCivil&StructuralEngineeringqualification;(Bachelor/Master’sdegree).
- Minimum8to12+yearsofrelevantexperienceinanengineeringconsultancyenvironment.
- Provenproficiencyandexperienceincivil/structuralengineeringdesignandanalysisonbuildingprojectsinSingapore.
- Solidexperienceinreinforcedconcrete,posttensionconcreteandstructuralsteelworkdesign.Seismicdesignexperienceisadvantageous.
- Soundunderstandingandapplicationofrelevantengineeringcodes,standards,andpractices.
- Strongclientfocus,excellentcommunicationskills,teamwork,andself-motivation.
