This hybrid role may require onsite work at a partnered university or in our office during local business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). When working remotely, you'll follow a rotating roster between 8 AM and 8 PM Melbourne time.As part of our premium Overseas service team, you'll support, advise, and add value to our overseas student members. Working collaboratively, you'll address their health insurance needs.This role is ideal for those looking to enhance their Customer Service skills and build a career with Medibank. Key Responsibilities Providing quality service to our valued customersHandling end-to-end solutions for Overseas Student customersContributing positively to the Overseas Specialist Team by identifying improvement opportunitiesOccasional presentations to stakeholders and customers (international students, university partners, migration agents)Assisting students face-to-face, over the phone, via email, and messaging About You We seek empathetic, motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, demonstrating compassion and friendliness. You understand exceptional customer service by empathizing with customers, thinking quickly, and tailoring responses to different situations. You enjoy solving problems and supporting your team to succeed.
