We are looking for an organised and proactive Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our operations run smoothly every day.
This is a varied role that sits at the centre of our daily operations, coordinating customer orders, supporting the office, and assisting with WHS and HACCP documentation.
About the Role
This role combines customer service, order coordination and operational administration in a fast-paced food production environment.
You will work closely with customers, production and delivery teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and communication flows smoothly across the business.
You will also assist with maintaining WHS and HACCP documentation, helping ensure our systems remain organised and compliant.
This is a full-time position, with occasional weekend work required to cover the weekend administration role (typically 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, approximately one weekend per month).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process daily customer orders accurately
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Coordinate communication between customers, production and delivery teams
* Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining customer records
* Support general office administration and operational coordination
* Maintain WHS documentation and assist with incident reporting
* Experience with WHS and HACCP documentation is preferred
* Coordinate HACCP records and food safety documentation
* Assist with maintaining operational procedures and records
About You
You are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy operational environment.
You will ideally have:
* Experience in office coordination, customer service, or order processing
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in office coordination, customer service, or order processing is required
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills with customers and internal teams
* The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
* Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Australian work rights are required for this position
Experience in food production, hospitality, manufacturing or distribution would be highly regarded but is not essential.
