Lead Occupational Therapist Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management (3 days/week): Oversee and develop a team of 4 OTs, with potential for expansion to 7-8 members by year-end.
* Support performance goals and provide clinical oversight where needed.
* Collaborate with national operations managers and CEOs.
* Manage team issues, provide guidance, and foster a positive, outcomes-driven environment.
Clinical Work (2 days/week):
* Deliver NDIS therapy services in-person and remotely.
* Support client outcomes across various ages and lifespans.
* Review and finalise clinical reports across the team.
* Maintain a small clinical caseload, flexible to adjust as the team grows.
