Customer Service & Administration Officer
(Full-Time | Office-Based in Molendinar)

We specialise in residential and commercial plumbing, including relining, drainage, hot water systems, and gas fitting, and we're looking for someone with great communication skills and a strong eye for detail to help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
* Customer Communication: Be the friendly voice of our business – handle calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
* Job Scheduling: Coordinate jobs, manage daily technician schedules, and ensure customers receive timely service.
* Admin Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with invoicing, and handle day-to-day office admin tasks.
* Problem Solving: Identify issues quickly, provide practical solutions, and support our plumbers with clear job information.
* Trade Understanding: Use your knowledge of plumbing or the trades to help streamline workflow and job allocation.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, technicians, and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination (trade or service industry preferred).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with scheduling or job management software (ServiceM8 highly regarded).
* Gold Coast area knowledge is highly preferred – you'll be coordinating local technicians and understanding the geography helps!
* A positive attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
