Requirements

* Expected salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities
* Studying functional statements, organisational charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplication.
* Establish work measurement programs and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilisation.
* Analysing workforce utilisation, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and cost to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies.
* Designing mechanical equipment, machines, components, products for manufacture, and plant and systems for construction.
* Developing specifications for manufacture, and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities and layout of plant and systems.
* Organising and managing project labour and the delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
* Establishing standards and policies for installations, modifications, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
* Inspecting plant to ensure the optimum performance is maintained.
* Directing the maintenance of plant, building and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules.
* Preparing technical specifications and assessing system requirements.
* Performing basic maintenance works (Licensed trades to perform all essential mechanical, electrical and plumbing and civil works).
* Implementing quality control standards and developing maintenance SOPs.
* Updating the computer maintenance log (Access and maintain MyBuilding database).
* Standardising products and fittings to increase efficiency and reduce the number of suppliers and stock required.
* Managing contractor and supplier relations and continually checking on efficiencies on mechanical plants and opportunities for savings.
* Continually challenging all policies and procedures to ensure growth and efficiencies.
* Monitoring energy efficiency through the BMS system for mechanical plants (provide feedback and ongoing training).
* Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance needed.
Salary
Salary: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year + superannuation
Qualifications
* At least a bachelor degree or above qualification in relevant field
* At least one year of relevant work experience
* Good team work spirit
* Timely manner with hands-on attitude
* Good communication skills
