What we are looking for:
The Senior Project Manager will lead an independent review of a recently implemented Oracle Fusion HCM and Integration solution. The role is responsible for coordinating assessment activities, managing stakeholder engagement, overseeing specialist review streams, and ensuring the successful delivery of findings, recommendations, and remediation planning.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale Oracle HCM transformation programs and working within complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of the assurance review engagement.
* Establish governance, reporting, and stakeholder management frameworks.
* Coordinate architecture, functional, and integration review activities.
* Facilitate workshops with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and review outcomes.
* Oversee defect assessment and prioritisation activities.
* Consolidate findings into executive-level reports and presentations.
* Develop remediation roadmaps and implementation recommendations.
* Provide independent advice regarding solution quality, delivery approach, and operational readiness.
Qualification and Experience:
* 10+ years Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology programs.
* Experience leading program assurance, health checks, or recovery engagements.
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
* Ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations.
