Summary: We are seeking a skilled Concreter Level 3 (CW3) to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This temporary, casual role is essential for delivering high-quality concrete work in various building and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concreting, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship. Responsibilities: Prepare and set up work sites for concrete pouring, including formwork and reinforcement. Mix, pour, and finish concrete to specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish. Operate and maintain concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work. Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices on site, promoting a safe working environment. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a concreter, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the building and construction industry. Relevant trade qualification or certification in concreting. Strong understanding of concrete properties and mixing techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Current White Card and any other relevant safety certifications.
