THE OPPORTUNITY
An rare & exciting opportunity has become available for a Assistant Store Manager based in our Archerfield store. This position is full-time and involves working on a rotating roster to include Saturday's. No Sunday’s or evenings!
RESPONSIBILITIES
4. Supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets with the team
5. Assisting the Store Manager with team development & ongoing training
6. Customer interaction and relationship building face to face, by email and over the phone
7. Designing and selling of Stratco products
8. Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
9. Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
10. Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
11. Essential – Computer and data entry skills
12. Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
13. Essential – Availability every 2nd Saturday - 9am to 2pm
14. Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
15. Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
