About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to work alongside their award-winning Managing Director in representing large and small corporations, individuals, local governments and other government authorities, liquidators and administrators, trustees and executors across a range of matters such as: employment and industrial relations, insolvency, construction, defamation, disputed estates, consumer law and contract disputes.
About you:
* Be 5+ PQE up to Special Counsel level with relevant experience in general litigation;
* Broad Commercial Litigation experience
* Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission is required
* Confident, resilient, and personable professional, willing to be an integral part of the commercial litigation team and work well autonomously.
* The more senior you are, the ability to undertake business development and supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
