The opportunity As a Manager in the Business Transformation team, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex business challenges and deliver value through strategic, operational, and digital business transformation.
You'll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready business operating models, support enterprise performance improvement, and drive technology-led transformation.
You'll work across diverse industries, applying your technical and leadership skills to deliver lasting change and measurable outcomes for EY clients.

Your key responsibilities Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiatives Skills and attributes for success Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
