The Role: This role is all about calling inbound leads, having quality conversations, understanding customer needs, and deciding whether the lead is a good fit before allocating it to the appropriate sales consultant. What you’ll be doing • Calling inbound leads (no cold calling) • Asking the right questions to qualify each enquiry • Accurately updating details in our CRM • Assessing lead quality and allocating to the sales team • Keeping things tidy, consistent, and professional Hours & contract • Casual contract • 15 hours per week • 3 hours per day, mornings • Typically 9–11am or 9–12pm, as required but flexible based on availability • In-office role (Melbourne) Pay • $50 per hour Commissions This role would suit someone who: • Is confident and clear on the phone • Enjoys speaking with people and asking questions • Is comfortable using CRM systems and basic tech • Is reliable, organised, and detail-oriented • Wants consistent casual morning work Full training is provided, so prior experience in lead qualification or sales isn’t essential — just the right attitude and communication skills. Successful candidates must be reliable and able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, working from the office located in Abbotsford. Once training has been completed and you have proven your capbility, the role can be shifted to a work from home position for the right candidate.
