About the role
As Office & Facilities Manager, you'll bring people, systems, and spaces together—coordinating reception, vendors, and facilities to support a seamless and professional workplace.
In this role you will:
* Manage day-to-day operations of our Melbourne head office and associated venues to ensure an efficient, organised, and welcoming workplace
* Oversee reception services, coordinate office access and equipment for new starters, and support a positive employee experience
* Monitor workplace presentation, coordinate with cleaning providers, and support office space planning and safety compliance
* Lead vendor and contractor relationships, manage service agreements, office maintenance requests, office equipment and building-related issues in line with health and safety standards
* Oversee delivery and logistics operations year-round, including peak periods such as the Australian Open
* Manage the offsite operations of the Delivery Filter Point which includes the successful distribution of event deliveries to site during the AO
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
* Proven experience in office & facilities management, team leadership responsibilities and a strong operational focus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage external partners
* Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing budgets, procurement, and office systems
* A calm, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work flexibly and independently in a dynamic environment
* Someone who brings professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative mindset to everything they do
* Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements associated with Tennis Australia
