About Our Part-Time Payroll Role
This is a part-time payroll position that involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions across our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for wages and salaried staff across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
* Accurately maintain employee records and payroll transactions, adhering to relevant employment legislation and company policies.
* Provide timely payroll-related reports and reconciliations to stakeholders.
* Interpret and apply relevant Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
* Assist with superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax processes, ensuring seamless execution.
* Offer payroll support to managers and employees, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems are required for this role.
