About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Life Support Equipment Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and works alongside our part-time ALSEO, responsible for managing, inspecting, maintaining, and arranging repair for all life support equipment in accordance with manufacturer and CASA requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, inspect, maintain, and arrange repair for all life support equipment in accordance with manufacturer and CASA requirements.
* Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and part-time ALSEO to ensure effective maintenance and repair processes.
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
* Certificate III Aircraft Life Support & Furnishing or Certificate IV in Aeronautical Life Support Equipment.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Life Support Equipment Officer in the aviation industry, preferably HEMS, including inspection, service, and repair of stretchers, harnesses, wander leads, strops, ARV, CRC, straps, EPIRB, life jackets, life rafts, tag lines, helmets, hi line.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Life Support Equipment Officer in the aviation industry, preferably HEMS, is also required. This includes experience in the inspection, service, and repair of various types of life support equipment.
