Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a range of projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work and steady growth, they are now seeking a Site Supervisor to join the team. This role is suited to both experienced Supervisors and those ready to step up into their first supervisory position.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and play a key part in delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
The Role
* Supervising daily site operations across commercial projects
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
* Monitoring programme timelines and site progress
* Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
* Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
* Conducting site inspections and resolving on-site issues
* Managing site records and reporting requirements
* Attending site meetings with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial construction, ideally in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
* Trades looking to step into a supervisory position and grow their career
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades
* Reliable, organised and confident taking ownership on site
* Current driver's license
* Construction White Card
