What we are looking for:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- VicRoads accreditation will be highly desired
- Excellent personal presentation skills and a professional attitude
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Have strong administration experience
- High level of computer skills
- Be a team player
- Knowledge of ERA (Pentana) will be desirable
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have a Police Check which is a Vicroads requirement.
- Have strong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
Daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Vehicle registrations and disposals across the group
- Registration reconciliations
- Adding and removing vehicles on the Linkt account
- Administration support
- Completing reporting and auditing for Vicroads
Previous automotive experience will be highly regarded, although not essential.
