About you: In your new role you will * Deliver high-quality client service, including at the Pharmacy Outpatients front counter, by liaising professionally and confidentially with staff, patients, carers, and external agencies. * Provide comprehensive administrative support for all Activity-Based Funding initiatives within Cairns Hospital Pharmacy. * Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enquiries, screening and redirecting calls appropriately, and prioritising urgent matters.
