Campbell High School is seeking an administrative coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of Student Services. The administrative coordinator will assist the team with managing student administration such as attendance, timetables, organising wellbeing supports and resolving student enquiries. The student services team is made up of five staff which includes an executive teacher, youth workers, defence student mentor and a school nurse. The team works closely together to provide a suite of support services to Campbell High School students and acts as the hub of the school. The successful candidate for this role will be a great team player with extensive administration experience. This role is front facing with a high volume of interaction with students each day. This position will also support the school executive team to implement the daily staffing needs of the school, which includes booking relief staff for classes and assisting with scheduling before each school day commences. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
