Job Description
As Practice Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the practice while leading and supporting two teams as they merge into one cohesive, high-engagement culture.
You'll partner closely with clinicians and regional leaders to ensure the practice not only navigates change successfully, but emerges stronger, more efficient, and ready for growth.
Leadership & Change
* Lead the integration of two teams into a single, aligned practice culture
* Support the practice through refurbishment with minimal disruption to patients and clinicians
* Coach, develop, and inspire your team through change
Operational Excellence
* Oversee day-to-day operations, workflows, and rostering
* Drive performance across revenue, utilisation, and patient flow
* Ensure compliance with clinical, WHS, and regulatory standards
People & Culture
* Build a positive, high-accountability team environment
* Partner with clinicians to support team wellbeing and patient care
Patient Experience & Growth
* Champion exceptional patient experiences before, during, and after refurbishment
* Identify opportunities to improve systems, services, and outcomes
* Contribute to business planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
You are a confident, experienced Practice Manager who thrives in environments of change and growth. You bring structure, calm leadership, and a strong commercial mindset—while remaining deeply people-focused.
You'll ideally have:
* Proven experience as a Practice Manager (dental or healthcare preferred)
* Strong change leadership and team integration experience
* Excellent operational, financial, and people management capability
* A patient-first mindset with high standards for service and care
* Confidence working closely with clinicians and senior stakeholders
