The Role of Applications Support Analyst
Job Description
This is a permanent full-time opportunity to work as an Applications Support Specialist.
Responsibilities include responding to and resolving Level 3 issues related to business and clinical applications, including advanced troubleshooting, solution design, configuration of core systems, and periodic system upgrades.
You will also develop and enhance proactive monitoring systems to predict and respond to automated alerts, as well as review and respond to dashboard metrics for action.
