A bit about your role
The Learning Administrator will broadly support the People & Culture pillar through direct management of executive assistance, administrative tasks, coordinating learning and change initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders of the Talent, Culture & Capability function. This role involves maintaining records, providing data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement and offering executive assistance to the Leadership Team.
The role involves working independently on standard tasks and under close supervision for complex tasks, covering areas stakeholder management, data analysis, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include managing records, scheduling meetings, supporting leadership, developing training programs, analyzing data, and identifying process improvements. Proficiency in Workday Learning and strong organizational skills are essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven stakeholder management experience are essential. A team-oriented mindset, positive outlook, and ability to adopt a process-driven approach are also crucial for success.
