What You'll Do
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
Drive sales results and smash goals together
Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with every customer
Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry – we'll train you too)
Maintain a premium store presentation through effective merchandising and stock management
Represent the Elite brand in your community
through local area marketing, networking with gyms, PTs and sporting clubs, and building partnerships that drive traffic and awareness
Create engaging social media content
that showcases your store's energy, products and team culture
What We're Looking For
Retail or sales management experience (supplement knowledge a big plus)
A genuine love for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
Confident leadership skills with a strong focus on team development
A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable using social media to engage customers and promote the store
Flexible availability including weekends
