Supporting a team of plumbers, you will be working alongside the owners and another admin assistant in the daily operations of the business to achieve a smooth, friendly and prompt experience for our customers.
The opportunity
We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant who is looking for a fast-paced and exciting role, and to grow within a supportive and professional environment. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is proactive, a fast learner, adaptive, detail-oriented, and have pride in success.

Job Role:
* Taking phone calls and responding to email bookings in a friendly and professional manner
* Scheduling jobs via our job management software. This will be a large part of the role. As emergency plumbers, our schedule can change hour by hour. You will need to take an adaptive approach to scheduling, where you are continuously adjusting tasks in real-time to respond to unexpected changes and allocate resources accordingly
* Preparing upcoming jobs by ordering materials, booking subcontractors and hiring equipment
* Liaising with our plumbers and other team members throughout the day as required
* Supportive administration tasks
* Invoicing and quoting

Requirements
* Administration experience desirable but not required
* Drivers license
* Admin Trade experience a plus
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Customer service experience
* High levels of self-motivation
