Account Management Role
This position involves providing account management services to allocated global accounts from the multinational portfolio. This includes captive programmes and managing the end-to-end process in accordance with the global services department guidelines.
The role requires working closely with assistant client service executives to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality. This includes preparing timely processing instructions to the multinational processing service unit, credit control, reinsurance, and local offices to ensure accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems.
You will also work closely with credit control, multinational processing service unit, and other Chubb departments to resolve accounting and processing problems. This will ensure that Chubb's service standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of global programmes.
This role is ideal for individuals who have 3 to 5 years of prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also essential. Strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication skills are required to deal with all levels of Chubb personnel, clients, and brokers.
