Waiter / Food & Beverage Attendant

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

We are a busy seafood restaurant located in the heart of Bunbury, Western Australia, and are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter / Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front‐of‐house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a quick‐paced hospitality environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and professionally
• Open bottles and pour beverages, including wine and specialty drinks
• Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain clean dining areas
• Remove empty bottles and used glasses, and refill or replace glasses as needed
• Collect payments, operate point-of-sale machines, and handle cash accurately
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and seafood dishes
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
• Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
