We are a busy seafood restaurant located in the heart of Bunbury, Western Australia, and are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter / Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet customers, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations
* Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff
* Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and professionally
* Open bottles and pour beverages, including wine and specialty drinks
* Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain clean dining areas
* Remove empty bottles and used glasses, and refill or replace glasses as needed
* Collect payments, operate point-of-sale machines, and handle cash accurately
* Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and seafood dishes
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
* Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
