About The Role:
As a Clinical Trials Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical trials, from protocol development to data analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines;
* Maintaining accurate records and databases;
* Collaborating with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trial execution;
* Providing training and support to research staff on clinical trials procedures;
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A strong educational background in a relevant field, such as nursing, science, or medicine;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trials software.
