About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and compliance of machinery and plant operations across projects. This role is based in Broome and requires a hands-on approach to managing fleet and transport operations.

Salary: Up to $120,000 + Superannuation

Location: Broome, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Relocation: Perth-based candidates must be willing to relocate to Broome. 3-month temporary accommodation package is available.
Broome-based candidates are required to provide their own accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule repairs for all machinery and plant equipment.
Coordinate movements of plant and equipment across project sites.
Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
Manage and maintain Main Roads certifications and compliance requirements.
Supervise transport operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience in transport or fleet management, preferably within mining, civil, or construction sectors.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair processes.
Experience managing certifications and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
