About The Opportunity Currently in a consistent and exciting period of growth, our client is on the lookout for a personable, proactive and committed Audio Service Repair Technician to join their team at their Epping head office! This is a key position responsible for ensuring customers receive expert warranty and product support for high-end home audio equipment, and in particular, bringing faulty products back to life. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and repairs across a wide range of luxury audio products. Some of your responsibilities will include: Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium audio products such as headphones, speakers, amplifiers, DACs, and turntables. Accurately record work through an ERP system Handle warranty enquiries across phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and social platforms. Provide remote troubleshooting support and lodge warranty claims. Maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers throughout warranty processes. Ensure all work meets internal standards of quality and safety. Represent and support the brand's product range with expert knowledge. About You The successful candidate will have: 2 years' experience in a service repair technician role within the audiovisual field Relevant electrical qualifications, and a strong understanding of electronics and AV equipment Demonstrable skill and confidence in AV equipment repair, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding (including soldering and board and component-level repair) Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite You will also have: Excellent verbal and written communication High level of attention to detail The ability to multitask and prioritise A positive, customer-focused attitude The ability to work well independently and in a team environment What's in it for You?
