We are seeking a full-time Junior Administration Support Officer/Receptionist to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy office in Regents Park.
The position is full time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
The Successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- An excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Computer knowledge in Excel and Word would be desirable
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- General office duties
- Ordering of office supplies
- Booking flights and accommodation for staff members
- Back up support to the Sales and Operations Teams
The position would suit a junior person who possesses a great work ethic and has the desire to work and grow within the Event Industry.

Pay: $42,760.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Regents Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
