The Opportunity

Now, we're looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Lorna Jane Rockhampton. This isn't your average retail role - it's a chance to help women look and feel their best, while you grow a meaningful, purpose‐led career of your own.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‐first experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
• Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
