We're currently on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to join our Queensland Sales Team, based in Brisbane.

About the Role
As our new Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key banner groups and customer relationships across your territory.
You'll bring our national and state strategies to life in trade — driving volume, distribution, and profit outcomes — while delivering exceptional customer service and creating opportunities for growth.
We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can spot opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Execute channel activations at a precinct level in line with national standards.
Build Brand Presence
Present and sell in marketing and sales activations to customers within agreed timelines.
Increase visibility and awareness of Drinkworks' premium portfolio across tap and pack channels.
Develop deep customer understanding to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate customer data and achieve strong satisfaction levels.
Follow all health & safety processes and complete required training.
What You'll Bring
?? Based in Brisbane
?? Full Australian working rights and Driver's Licence
?? Minimum 2 years' sales experience (Liquor or FMCG industry preferred)
?? Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
?? A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on results
