About the Role
As a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of development projects from early-stage strategy through to approvals.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage development applications across multiple sectors
* Liaise with clients, consultants and government stakeholders
* Contribute to master-planned communities, infrastructure and infill development projects
* Provide practical planning advice within Queensland's statutory planning framework
* Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations
About You
* Ideally 2-3+ years' experience within town planning
* Strong understanding of the Planning Act 2016 and Economic Development Act 2012Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
* Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Regional Planning or similar
* Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for quality development outcomes
