The Role

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Setting: Secure new business meetings with qualified prospects.
Pipeline Management: Nurture and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities.
CRM Maintenance: Accurately record all activity and updates in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Organise follow-up meetings and ensure seamless handover to client directors when needed.
Targets: Consistently hitting daily and weekly performance targets
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in B2B phone appointment setting or direct sales.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with agriculture is a plus, but not essential.
