Business Development Manager – Overview
A high-growth, award-winning PropTech SaaS is hiring a Business Development Manager to own and expand a lucrative NSW & ACT territory.
This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on new logo acquisition, territory building, and closing complex SaaS deals. You'll be selling a proven platform used by real estate agencies to streamline payments, automate workflows, and modernise property management.
The business is well beyond early-stage, processing billions in payments annually and scaling off genuine market demand.
Responsibilities
* Own new business acquisition across NSW & ACT
* Build and execute territory plans backed by market data
* Engage agency owners and senior decision-makers
* Represent the business at industry events and feed insights back into Product and Growth
Qualifications
* 3–5+ years' experience as a SaaS BDM or AE
* Proven hunter with consistent target attainment
* Comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based territory
* Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder engagement
* CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
* Willingness to travel across NSW and ACT
* Background in PropTech, Fintech or real estate is advantageous
