Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities

* Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices at all times
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Manual handling experience and ability to lift 20 kg
* Experience working with mental health and challenging behavior
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check compliance
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (highly desirable)
